Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Harrooz, a digital audio streaming platform providing radio, podcast, and subscription-based listening services.
1. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your authentication email or phone number, and all activity carried out through your account. Do not share verification codes or misuse another person's account.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Some audio or features require a paid subscription. Prices, currency, billing interval, provider, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the charge. You may cancel future renewals under the provider's available cancellation process. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Harrooz for personal, lawful listening. You must not copy, rebroadcast, redistribute, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service or its content in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Harrooz software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by Harrooz or its licensors. Audio programs and other third-party material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it; it does not transfer ownership.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Harrooz available, but streaming may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, content availability, security events, or circumstances outside our control. Features and catalog availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Harrooz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harrooz is provided “as is” and Harrooz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be communicated in the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
